	November 7, 2023 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO ¿ REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 12531 DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES DESIGN-BUILD OF NEW CASA DE ORO BRANCH LIBRARY The County of San Diego (County) evaluation of the proposals received in response to the solicitation is complete. Subject to successful negotiations, the County intends to award a contract to the following Design-Build Entity: EC CONSTRUCTORS, INC. 9831 RIVER STREET LAKESIDE, CA 92040 AND COAR DESIGN GROUP 9640 GRANITE RIDGE DRIVE, SUITE 130 SAN DIEGO, CA 92123 This notice shall remain posted for five business days from November 7, 2023, through November 14, 2023, and no award will be made during this period.
