Memo 1:	Site Visit is scheduled for TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2022 STARTING AT 9:00 A.M. SAN DIEGO TIME. Pre-registration to attend the Site Visit is required. Vendors interested in participating in the Site Visit to the Ocotillo Wells RCS Radio Site, will need to email your name, title, contact phone number, email address, and names of all attendees. If interested in participating in a Site Visit, please email your information by MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. SAN DIEGO TIME. The County will email confirmation of the date and time for your scheduled appointment for the Site Visit along with the address of the central meeting point. Offerors are responsible for their own transportation to the site. As access to radio site is restricted, site visit attendees will be escorted at all times while at the site. Site access roads are typically private, unpaved, narrow roads. High clearance/lifted trucks/vehicles (4X4) is recommended.
