Memo 1:	The County will be temporarily changing procurement processes due to the social distancing and other requirements put in place in response to the COVID-19 virus. This RFB is posted on the BuyNet site with a solicitation type of RFP, to allow for the submission of electronic bids though BuyNet. Bids submittals by electronic upload through BuyNet will be accepted for this RFB. Bids will not be accepted by personal delivery. Bid openings will be conducted through a video feed using the WebEx platform instead of in person attendance. See forthcoming addendum for more information.
